Elemental Somatics
A 4 week immersion.
Using the body to support gentle emotional release and soothe the struggles that commonly arise day to day.
A combination of somatic yoga, intuitive feminine movement, breath work, nervous system tools, emotional processing, somatic therapy, working with the cyclical laws of nature, an introduction to brain states and deep rest.
The details:
Investment: $166 (early bird $133)
Dates and times: Saturday mornings 8am - 9.15am, September 14 October 5th.
Delivery: Class will be held LIVE via zoom, and recordings will be sent out each week along with prerecorded materials that will support you through the immersion.

If you want to ‘heal’ a frazzled nervous system, inflammation, pain, exhaustion, reactivity, old habits, fractured relationships…you have to learn to safely and skillfully ‘feel’.
Our bodies hold tremendous amounts of unprocessed emotion, tension & stress. It’s not at all surprising that many of us are ‘on fire’ so to speak. Or feeling confused, misunderstood, burnt out…
I mean, did any of us receive an education when we were younger on how to tend to our emotional operating system? How to build and maintain a robust nervous system? How to identify our neuro chemistry and flow with it rather than struggle against it? The majority of us - likely not.
And yet - our health depends on it.
Investing in your own ‘nervous system regulation’ and learning the skills necessary to stay present with your feelings without becoming overwhelmed is vital to your overall well being.
When you soften the critical ‘left brain’ for a time, you’re able to turn inwards and more deeply connect with yourself, to felt sensation. Sensation IN your body. You follow what feels good without having to judge it ‘good’, or ‘bad’. You can intuitively move, follow shapes of nature, find your own unique rhythm ~ and cultivate the balm that YOUR body needs.
Emotional intelligence (EQ) is practiced and mastered. It doesn’t just happen because we’re adults. Emotional autonomy is something we invest in mindfully. Something we devote ourselves to. A skill that can transform your life and health.

I am a Certified Neuro Emotional Practitioner, yoga & meditation teacher with 20 years experience, an avid scholar of mind body medicine, & currently studying a Bachelor of Counselling at Notre Dame University. I have supported women and their families as a Doula and mentor for 17 years and am devoted to helping myself and others cultivate deep nourishment, harmony, transformation and healing.

Your space and environment impacts you greatly! When your exploring intuitive movement and somatic therapy, privacy is key. To feel safe and unobserved helps you drop deeper into yourself and feel comfortable to find your own rhythm, the way your body wants to move and express without feeling nervous or worried about what anyone else is doing or thinking.
This is also largely why my MENTORING SESSIONS are by phone without the use of screens. Privacy is imperative to healing. For those of you who have done any birth preparation with me - you would’ve heard me say MANY times , “for a women to birth her baby she needs to feel private”. Same concept here…for us to give ourselves what we need, feeling private is immensely helpful.
Also, your own space can be set up the way you like it. With candles burning or not, a sheep skin or blanket, window open or window closed, essential oils filling the space or nothing at all….etc.

You prefer strictly guided movement.
You don’t particularly like flowing with your own rhythm, but like to be given a rhythm.
You aren’t ready or interested in processing emotion.
Somatic therapy is not appealing.
Working with energy is not your thing.
You don’t like online facilitation.
