Exquisiteness and warmth are vital in all the experiences and offerings that I create within the world of The LifePod. From my work as a Mentor to Ayurvedic postpartum care specialist ~ from my yoga classes to sacred feminine healing sessions ~ within my coaching containers, courses, workshops & work with the Magdalene consciousness…I desire that all feel welcomed, at ease, receptive, and open for personal evolution & healing. Supporting women with artful, skillful, luxurious space holding is my gift.

I ‘doula’ not only birthing and postpartum mothers…I doula women. Women who desire support, growth, mindful holding & guidance through the cyclical ebb and flow of life ~ through major and minor initiations, emotions, transitions and life phases.

I create environments of resonance, compassion, understanding and curiosity…spaces that beautifully support connection and trust in your own knowing and intuition.

I live with cyclical wisdom guiding me & share this embodied way of living with other women.

I believe that the divine feminine presence is vital in our awakening and our healing.

I trust the collective remembering of ancient wisdom & our desire to embody what is resonant and aligned for each of us.

I recognise that developing emotional safety & sovereignty is vital in our own healing and in our connection with others.

I believe the ordinary can be imbued with ritual and sacredness;

Making food, tucking children into bed, sharing a meal with our teens, sipping tea, crafting a bath, a walk in nature, a glance at the moon, or taking a conscious breath.

Consecrating our day to day shapes our lives into rich and deeply satisfying experiences.

My purpose is to be in loving service.

To my son, my family, the earth, my soul desires, and you my community. Supporting myself and others in crafting the tools, practices, capacity & resilience to navigate all of life with presence, BEAUTY and love.
